Hi everyone, new here. I'll make it brief and in bullet form:
Background:
- Age, 43
- Slim athletic build, current weight 190lbs
- Use to weight train hard, now converted to maintaining and kickboxing
Issue:
- Car accident in 2012, broke tibial plateau
- Back to training last 2 years, but joint still an issue.
- Left leg weaker then right leg, overall injuries and slow recovery from years of training (getting older, low gh, test
Goals:
- Gain lean muscle (nothing crazy)
- Recoup injured leg
Information required:
- looking at PEG MGF
- looking at TB500
- looking at IGF1 LR3
- or should I stack all 3???
- a doctor also suggested anavar or deca
Any advice, including dosages for my body weight is appreciated.
