i am trying to plan a meal schedule by eating 3 meals per day and
3 protein shakes per day.any advise on what the three meals per day should consist of.i am trying to gain mass.i am currently 5'11" and 185lbs. i would like to get to 205lbs.the protein shakes i am going to be drinking will contain about 30-40 grams of protein per shake mixed w/skim milk.i will also be training each bodypart once a week on sperate days.thanks for the advice!
