Well, college is about to start up again and I plan to start a bulk cycle as soon as I get back. That's right, instead of going out to parties and catching STD's, I will be sleeping early so I can get up to work out and what not. Basically, I've been doing nothing but swimming and water polo this whole summer. I've been eating healthy with about 5-6 meals a day with a grand total of ~2500 calories. I will have protein powder and most foods available as long as they're not too expensive, but supplements will be out of my price range. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 170-175. I think I might drop a little more body fat first before bulking up. I might be around 12-15, but that's a really rough guess. I first need to find out my bf %. Where would I go to find out? Can I accurately do that myself? Also, is there a guideline I can follow for a bulk/cut phase? I will be able to follow a pretty strict diet, but what worries me the most would be the cost of the food needed. Thanks in advance.
