Well if you're anything like me, I've had to literally fight to keep the weight off me...all my freakin' life. It sux, but I'm genetically predisposed to carry extra "baggage". At 6ft and 195lbs, you're definitely not obese...you just want to get a bit leaner, yes? For those of us who are predisposed to carry extra weight, it gets tougher to lose the BF as we get leaned. I'm sitting at about 9% right now and my diet is super clean. The BF is coming off...but ever so painfully slowly.
If you're like me, you will most definitely have to up your cardio. Whether it be via running or P90X or Insanity. Just resign yourself to it, make the commitment...and simply DO IT.
But I cannot emphasize enough the importance of eating well. Without a good diet, you might as well just hang it up. Just my .02 my friend.
