Yep...Up your protein, lower your carbs, increase/start a cardio regimen. What's your diet like right now? Are you doing cardio? If so, what and for how long?

I do cardio on mondays I run 2 miles on a tredmill and my diets pretty much non excistent I try not to eat a lot of breads

2 miles once per week? That isn't going to help you my friend. If you're looking to lose bodyfat, you're going to have to increase both the frequency and duration. I lost 40lbs in 3 months simply by eating clean/healthy and doing cardio (for an minimum of 40 minutes) every other day.

Give us a sample of a day's diet and let's have a look, cool?

Today I ate my protien shake for breakfast went and lifted and for lunch I ate a ham samwich I don't eat a lot during the day for the cardio do. You think that insanity workout would work once a day after lifting?

In recent experience that sort of eating won't help with energy levels. You need more protein intake and more cardio to burn the excess fat in given time. Im in the same boat at the min wanna shed the extra weight bur also not do myself damage at rhe same time.

Trying to find the best way to diet and relevant eating regime :)

For starters, ditch the ham sandwich. The ham is processed and loaded w/ sodium and the bread is unnecessary if you're trying to lose. Howzabout for lunch a 6-8 hardboiled egg whites and some steamed brocolli? You're still a bit vague on the diet. What does a typical dinner consist of? Do you snack at night? If so...what do you snack on?

I've heard of the Insanity workout, but I tend to do trail running for my cardio so I can't attest to it other than I've heard it's pretty darn good. I don't prescribe to "designed" workout routines as I tend to be more what I call an "intuitive" lifter/runner. I do what "feels" right for me....sometimes even when I don't feel like doing it! LOL!
