Ok it is now 6 days before I begin my first serious cycle but I still have very little idea what to eat. I can only eat packaged/frozen foods (nothing like chicken, steak, etc - unless it comes in TV Dinner form ). I want to make a diet that I follow everyday the same exact thing to make it easy on me (don't have to buy a bunch of crap). So far all I know to eat is tons of eggs, tuna, and salmon plus protien mix 5 or more times a day. I also don't know what type of diet I should have - what do you guys reccomend? I heard 60/20/20 was good but I have no idea. I am looking to bulk for a 12 week cycle then see where I am. Also whatever I buy has to be kind of cheap, I can't afford protien bars that are more than a buck (anyways I hate the taste of protien bars). Thank you a TON for the help! Here are my specs
