Okay, it has been a while since I have dieted seriously for competing and I need a good diet. One that I can live on. I used to have pretty good results with the Atkins type diet, but I think my body has found a way to overcome it and it no longer works.
My stomach is really small from years of dieting, So, it doesn't take much to get filled up. But then I am hungry shortly thereafter.
Age is 39
weight is 220-225. Probably about 12-14% body fat. I have noticed to that while I still have vascularity and some definition, my skin has gotten thicker (not much, but enough to piss me off)
I want to get to 6% or less and maintain that. I would like to do that by January 22 (my birthday).
I can't use any type of drugs. Military frowns on that!
I know it can be done.
Would using GH by itself with a proper diet help?
