I'm switching my diet from eating basically what I want (in moderation) back to the 5-6 meals/day good-for-my-metabolism diet I should have just stuck too all along (darn graduation, vacation, moving and a no-appetite phase I went through...I got off track for about 6 months, luckily I only gained a few pounds from it). For some people it's best to ease into it, but I prefer to just switch over and deal with it. But of course that means about a 5 days of misery...this is day 2 and I'm in splitting headache, tired, cranky stage and the only thing really to do is suffer through it until my body adjusts. I wanted to hit the treadmill for my second workout that I normally do on Wednesdays, but I just feel like complete shit. And I'd kill for some chocolate right about now....
