need a good split with arms as Nr 1 priority

Hey. I'm on a cycle right now trying to pack on size. I just can't decide what program to do as there are so many ones to pick from. Well consider this and try to help me out. My arms suck so they are my Nr1 priority. I've tried heavy Dips, sculls, narrow bench for tri and bb curls, db curls and so on, both tried heavy and light but maybe I'm like one of those who can't gain as much as others on arms. I have very little fat on my arms, shouilders and chest as with beck and legs. Everything is going great, squats are amazing, bench and deads too, but arms will not gain size. What I need now is a program for them and the rest of the body, maybe something where I hit them hard for 5sets or so every 4:th day, and no more than 4-6sets each time. I've actually tried not to train them ery seldom, somethimes Every other week, so maybe a 4 days per week split with 1day rest between each day? A programn where I workout monday and rest tuesday, then workout wednsday and rest thu, then on fri I do the same as on mon but with other excersices????

Please advice me here and help me with a split
