Natty Peanut Butter

Anyone use Smuckers Natural Creamy Peanut Butter....is it loaded with EFA's? Or do you have to go with the brand that says Omega 3...I read somewhere about the effects of EFA on your bodys ability to generate hormones mainly tesosterone...Besides fish oil pills and flax seed oil...is there omega 3 pills? and is this the only EFA you need?

i use the smuckers. don't know the answer however. i did see though at the nutrition store the other day that hemp has omega 3, 6, and 9's i think it was some hemp / protien thing or something. i think fish oil caps are omega 3's bro. i get the norwegian brand or someshit like that.

Smart Balance makes a peanut butter containing Omega 3 Im wondering if its the best EFA choice...anyone have any knowledge of readily available peanut butters that are natural and have EFA

For anpb to be anpb the only ingredient should be peanuts and salt. If the smuckers has a bunch of other stuff in the ingredients label its not truly natural. That omega three brand has tons of 'em, but the taste is horrible. I love Nature's Promise (Stop & Shop organic brand) and Maple Grove Farms.
