Also id like to say that iv been training with my younger brother the last 4 months...he never trained properly or for any considerable time in his life and was in a bad state mentally and physically,on drugs and riddled with depression and no hope to change his life in his own eyes for many years!
Today he stands a changed man and is ontop of his life with a changed physic and mental state from a younge man who was defeted mind, body and soul to a man of iron will and inspiration to those around him it makes me fucking proud everyday and realise when and only when your onto of your own shit you will help poeple around you for the better and with eze!🦍💪these are his before and after picture 4 months in...from 75kg to 90kg!

Good work

First leg session after 2 weeks of not training lower body went as well as could be expected I guess...didn't get to crazy and was a good thing because i woke up a little stiff in lower back and glute that was injured but will be fine.

Thanks brother I really need to train legs twice per week...one quad focused session and one hamstring & glute but can't handle that volume until this injury has proper gone.

I always hold back a little post injury or time off.
I'm hearing you brother...it's gunna be the most sensible way I can go atm otherwise I'm just playing the not so smart game of training at 75% and struggling to progress!

T
pretty good volume I like the difference in the variations of the training
Thanks bro I try mix things up with my training to target muscle from different angles to keep the look of evolving going

How high are your cals when you're cutting?
They are still up around 3000-3500 bro
I need alot of food to bulk....I burn alot of energy at work in the sun all day

The logs are definitely motivating. Not only for the poster but also the entire community. Keeps us all on track!
Thanks alot brother....E.F has a great community of poeple on here and I appreciate each and every one them.💪

I don't burn much outside the gym. Inside
All day on my ass. 😆

I just wonder how much I need in order to lose 2.5 lbs fat per week. My Fitbit says I average 3432 for this month.

That doesn't matter to much about being inside bro by the looks of how your approaching this cut your onto a good thing with plenty fasted cardio and compounds your running should help also, the only reason I can drop weight fairly fast would be cose I'm wearing gumboots in sun all day and its like 100°F at 90% humidity for most of the year lol its literally like living in a sauna all day😆

Just took a good week off as I'm still nursing this glute/lower back drama I got going on which keeps getting inflamed daily at work,so Iv actually had an ultrasound done on it yesterday and should have results in next couple days!
In the meantime I'm back to all upper body workouts and started back on chest/tricep session.

would like to see test results soon :)

training BOOM stay at this level

Haven't been in the gym or work this week as I was waiting on results of ultrasound which showed severe tendinitis in the right hip and glute, which is not too bad and has almost resolved itself with a week off but I had a CT scan two days ago and got the results saying I have a compressed siatic nerve on both sides of my lower lumbar which has been pretty painfull for 5-6 weeks now but its actually time for me to deal with it properly in any hope to get back to gym ... iv only started taking naproxin 500 today and also I'll be doing physiotherapy 2-3times a day to speed up the healing process. Its gunna kill me mentally not training and my fuse with people's nonsense is going to be short but I'll get through this day by day and I'll be back twice as strong...it's just what I do!
I'll be posting updates on my recovery during week, keep strong and keep safe!💪🦍

Hey bro, here is some pics of hip and scans.
There was no visible abnormalities on the outside like bruising or anything only tendinitis but after a week and a half of solid rest has come good, now it's just the siatic nerve that is compress on both sides of lower back that is the drama.i have upped the test to 400mg per week, primo at 200mg and added 4iu hgh as well to try get the inflammation down
and decompress the siatic nerve🤞
I will post the report and scan pictures of my lower back in next day or 2 also!

I wonder if NPP would help with the inflammation?
Funny you should say that bro...I looked into it and no studies could say if it helped for inflammation for sure only for the relief of joints lol I got a shit tonne of it but!...I think hgh is better for nerve and cell damage from what I've seen and read.

I actually think IGF-1 is the best thing to heal on as long as your stacking with plenty of other things which you are already.

Thanks bro I will look into that as I have access to plenty of it but never tried it myself👍

@marshmonsta you should try some NPP light dose and BPC157 to start off and see
but if you go into training dont hit that part and go real slow

Will do brother,I'll post the back scan and report plus some diet stuff up in next couple hours once I get back home.💪

I'm slowly on the mend at the two week mark with this back injury now still no work or gym, only activity iv been doing is walking the dogs most days bar the odd one where the back was aching pretty bad in afternoon....I'm making slight improvements everyday since started taking naproxen, upping test and adding primo and NPP.Im obviously not getting in mega calories atm but I'll use this time to lean out a bit until healed fully and then I'll pack some quality tissue back on,I'm not to worried about anything gym wise as I know consistency and hard work is key to achieving your goals and by the time I get back at it the fire within will be roaring and I'll be beyond any level I was in no time!....here's some pics of CT scan and report as well as some diet pics!💪🦍

Yeah thanks bro it's definitely going to be a slow recovery,I'm going away for a long weekend to a beach resort about 3 hours drive away at the end of this week which will be good for recovery I'll get a fair bit of Saltwater swimming in and relax time.
In the meantime I'll just watch roidrage69 kicking the shit out of his goals on his thread, that guy is pure motivation and gets me pumped up to be back in the gym!💪🦍

you look fantastic man I'm very proud of you
Thanks brother over these past weeks of the thread iv leaned out a fair bit, probably down about 6-7kg from when I posted end of bulk pics on this thread on page 3,which will help when I'm recovered and back I'm gym to pack on new tissue and hopefully when I hit 120kg I'll be alot leaner and vascular at same time!👌💪

That's right brother nothing In life comes ezy it's a hard grind, and I'm prepared to go through it to get to where I need to be!💪🦍

Yeah broski it sucks not training but I'm making a good recovery and keeping positive every day,in my mind I can't lose and the only outcome is bigger, stronger and better!💪🦍
The time off is actually good for long term gains. You will bounce back fast with muscle memory and then shoot right past your all time best.

Thanks for the words of encouragement legend, all the comments I recieve off forum members help me to keep my mind sharp and stay on track to get through this recovery as soon as I can....thanks to all!🙏👍

@marshmonsta you will recover soon bro......
