I just wonder how much I need in order to lose 2.5 lbs fat per week. My Fitbit says I average 3432 for this month.

That doesn't matter to much about being inside bro by the looks of how your approaching this cut your onto a good thing with plenty fasted cardio and compounds your running should help also, the only reason I can drop weight fairly fast would be cose I'm wearing gumboots in sun all day and its like 100°F at 90% humidity for most of the year lol its literally like living in a sauna all day😆
 
Just took a good week off as I'm still nursing this glute/lower back drama I got going on which keeps getting inflamed daily at work,so Iv actually had an ultrasound done on it yesterday and should have results in next couple days!
In the meantime I'm back to all upper body workouts and started back on chest/tricep session.
