Its a HUGE waste of juice if you are taking juice and trying to gain LBM on a CKD....use the juice to prevent muscle loss...not try to gain...cause it wont happen unless you are a newbie to drugs and diet.

fiber questions

i dont really supplement my diet w/ fiber. i get fiber from natty peanut butter, almod,s pecans and protein bars. you will be amazed how much fiber you can rack up with those supp's.
i sh@t everyday no problem and im never constipated

-You're lucky. I supplement with fiber (pill form, maybe I need to switch to powder) daily. Yet, I find myself making plea-bargains with the "powers above" ..."Please...please let me pass this piece of shit...I'll be a better person...I'll...I'll...do anything, why me?!?!" ...All in all, I'm one constipated angry mo'fo.

I had that problem but not anymore since I started supplementing 20 grams of psyllium. The pills have so little, it's hardly worth bothering unless you take 10 at a time.

Im bumping this because I want to see Kak's response to a 12hr. carb up as opposed to a 36hr. carb up on CKD.

Heh, just thought I would bring in some comic relief regarding my constipation. On a positive note- when you're pushing that hard to make "it" come out...you get pronounced vascularity. I get some good pumps on the toilet <--- could be taken out of context.
