Approved Log My HGH Cycle Log

Starting my Log as many requested

Info about about me:
18M
6'5
Weight fluctuates between 215-230 depending on the season
I'm a rugby athlete athlete at my high school so I've been lifting consistently for over 3 years, my current training regime is mainly strength based + cardio + physical therapy 5 times a week,
I eat a low carb low sodium high protein diet at maintenance calories.

cycle:
I've been pining about 1.5iu of HGH daily for 3 weeks to speed up recovery/healing from a partial rotator cuff tear i suffered which thankfully isn't too severe.
My main complaint is the severe water retention I've been getting from it, its got to the point that i look like I've put on 50 pounds even though i barely put any. my friends and family even started pointing out that my face looks different which made me extremely self conscious. i was at a point where i considered using diuretics to get some relief, but decided against it.
I'm getting desperate so I'm open to suggestions on how to combat it, Thanks

@Ayoquay great log start happy to see it.

With a cycle like this, it's serious to understand the situation you're in.

You're saying you're 18 and you're using hgh?
you do know you can do the same with BPC157 and tb500 right?

also, water retention is going to be diet related big time
please share your diet with us meals and foods and when you eat it

and supplements what supps you on?

you shouldn't be getting this on 1.5iu hgh per day .. 50 pounds ?

something doesn't add up

also at your age its pointless to use hgh and backfiring bigtime. water retention and inflammation will halt healing of your injury. the best thing you can do is REST

Thanks, I choose hgh as it's more readily available to me and easy to obtain, I get it from a friend who works at a pharmacy.

Here's my current diet breakdown:
Breakfast: 6 eggs and 7 pieces of bacon

Pre workout: 1 cup greek yogurt and a quest bar

Post workout: blueberries and a cup of greek yogurt

Lunch: 300g of chicken breasts with cauliflower rice

Snack: half a cup of peanuts

Dinner: 4 cans of tuna with hot sauce

All totaling at about 3k calories

As for supplements: 1000mg of ashwagadha in the morning and 10k iu of vitamin D3 daily

@Ayoquay the problem with using HGH at your age vs bpc/tb is that you'll STUNT you natural HGH development for life, like for a long time
but we arent your parents, this is just telling you openly the truth

on the diet
you NEVER change your diet or is this just 1 day?

on the snacks, switch from peanuts to walnuts, can you do that?

tuna you eating that daily? dangerous high metals there

and how about multi vitamins?

tell us more share
