I have always had a diet approach of not following any particular diet – I just follow some guidelines of my own, such as:
Not eating bakery (bread, pancakes, and so on)
No sweets
No sugar
No caloric bombs (like creams, nuts, etc)
No fatty food
And little pasta and rice
Do you think this kind of approach can work well? Is there anything I am missing? I am not a believer in diets as such, because it is so hard to follow them – it is easier and more reliable to have healthy habits.
