6-8 Weeks

Have you ever thought about altering your training sequences every 6-8 weeks? This is one of the cornerstones of weightlifting.
Our bodies get used to our training and we need to constantly modify it. 6-8 weeks is a general rule of thumb.
5 months on the same program is, excuse me if your insulted, ridiculous. Try to mix it up and see what it does for you. It sure as hell can't hurt being your given situation. Good luck man.
