New member
here is my first cutting diet plan, or diet plan ever made! Please know before hand, I only have time for 4 meals. My job only allows me this eating schedule. I also figured this for 40/40/20 ratio, as i'm going on cycle of 400mg Test Cyp 8 weeks, preloaded w/ Dbol 40mg/ED, and Liquidex 1mg/ED Just wanting to gain a lil lean muscle while cutting. Should work pretty well.

As for the diet, I like chicken and steak, so i figured it out for those two. Not to say i won't throw some salmon in there.. And NO i HATE eggs. So i will not eat egg whites. So here goes. FLAME ON!!!

CUTTING DIET for Hawaii50

MEAL ONE

1cup Oats = 300 cals
Protein Shake = 130 cals
---------------------------------------
430 cals --> 59 carb - 30 Protein - 9 Fat

MEAL TWO

4oz. Chicken = 180 cals
1/2cup Rice = 170 cals
1cup Salad = 5 Cals
1tbsp Olive Oil = 120 cals
Protein Shake = 130 cals
-----------------------------------
605 cals --> 40 carb - 48 Protein - 29 Fat

MEAL THREE (After Workout Meal)

6oz. Steak = 270 cals
1/2cup Rice = 170 cals
2 x Protein Shake = 130 Cals
-------------------------------------
570 cals --> 39 carb - 57 Protein - 21 Fat

MEAL FOUR

4oz. Chicken or Steak = 180 cals
Protein Shake = 130 cals
---------------------------------------------------
310 cals --> 5 carb - 42 Protein - 13 Fat

Grand Total = 1915 Cals --> 143 Carbs - 177 Protein - 72 Fat (Roughly 40/50/10 Ratio)

i think you should try to spread your meals out a little more through the day and trying having atleast 5, especially for fat and weight loss because it will keep your metabolism going. You definately should be getting a little more protein so you can keep as much lean body mass. but before i ask my last question, can you give us your stats?

yeah, there's no way to help you if you don't give your stats...

although right off the bat your calories seem low (assuming you currently weigh more than 170?)....

also don't add olive oil to your postworkout meal... just keep it pro/carbs.

Stats: 5'6" 165lbs. 16.1% BF via Hydrostatic. I really can't do any more than 4 meals, or i would. I work @ residential care for mentally ill people, and i only have 2 meal times. i work the overnight from 11pm-9am.

I was shooting for 1800 cals. A deficit of 200 from maintenance (2000kcals), plus i'll also increase the deficit by working out probably another 200-300 cals a day. I know personally thats what my range of deficit w/out shutting my metabolism down.

Why no oil after workout?

no fat needed after workout meal.. that will slow down the protein absorpsition into your muscles..
best post workout meal should have carbs + whey protein

idk man but your maintnance has to be higher that 2000. I know everyone is different but I have by no means a fast metabolism and at 135 my maintnance was around 2000.

Maintenance @ 165 IS 2000. But i'm creating a small deficit. Maybe i will bump it up to 2000 though. I don't see why not actually now that i think about it. I'll be packin on some lean mass anyways, so that should take care of some more stubborn fat. I'll just switch the salad to my before workout meal. cuz i like to eat big before i workout. Then i'll just add a couple more shakes in to get some more protein. Let me work that out and i'll post it. Thanks
