Well, hmm I can easily overeat anythign healthy, which is my problem lately .. cheat/treat/ rewards meals consist of healthy foods, I dont even CRAVE anything that would be considered a normal cheat ... the obvious jar (or 2) of ANPB, just tossed the Walnuts & Almonds ... & this morning, I just dumped out the rest of my Oatmeal after my the "Last Breakfast" ...
I'm pretty boring ... right now flavor of the week is
* Fresh Chicken Breast grilled with Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic, Fresh Ground Pepper & Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Veggie mix consisting of cut Green beans / broc / carrots / small white kids / kids/ garbanzo beans / red peppers / cauli
Normal fave is Slow cooked Oats, with cinn & splenda ... w/ Egg Beaters (Garden Veggie mix'd with Cheese-n-Chive) & Shredded Cheddar Cheese, pinch Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
Oh, and throw a diced up Granny Smith apple on top...
