That's so funny. I have put off a blood screen request that I have sitting next to me for 3 weeks now because I can't fast that long. I am laughing at you while sitting here because I truly feel your pain. I get a headache and weak if I go 6 hours. I have to get up at 4AM to eat something or I can't finish the night's rest. We're phucked up bro.

HEHEhe. I go crazy if I go past 2.5 hour... after 3 hours without food I start to get a rash all over my body, get irritable and fantasize of a 50g iso-agb shake hehehe (you like that one don't you.. )

Dude just tell your spinning class that you can't lead them physically but you'll still be telling them what to do.

That or just put the bike settings on really really easy and don't tell anyone.

That's what I planned on doing....very light, maybe 60% of max......won't scew my results, right?

does anyone know if light cardio, 1-2 hours before bloodwork will result in tests being inaccurate?

Nervous as ALL HELL.....man...bloodwork done on Saturday (almost 1/2 pint..YOWWW!) and my results should we here in 2-3 days.........I swear if I'm ok, my next PCT will be to the f-ing TEE!!!
