1 1/2 cups of Yogart
Lunch-Protein bar, 300cals 20g or protein 30 someting grams of carbs
1L of water
4pm- Apple
Cup of OJ
Oatmeal bar 190 cals 30g of carbs
25oz whey cooler 20g of protein, 80cals
Super- Different things, turkey, chicken, curry, mac and chease, etc.
Good, bad, ok?
