so i'm going to bed in about 3-4 hours and i'm prob going to have a good full size bowl of tuna with a little bit of mayo again, no bread or carbs.

waking up at 6am after that awesome 3 hour nap or so and having lots of eggs, then some chicken, and once i'm done with my meeting at noon, im going back to bed..

how am i doing so far, my bmi is 27.2..

thanks bro's

also, i know adding whey protein will help with my protein intake but i'm doing my first month without any supps what so ever.. then add protein so i can better map my progress and the effect supps have.

what are your goals?
What is your weight?
What is your height?
How much bf%?
Do you workout? exercise?

There's really no one-size-fits-all diet. So it's hard to say how good your diet is because I don't know what your lifestyle is. Other than that, I'll be general.

You're eating a little over 1400kcals...very low so I assume you're cutting/dieting. Probably too low...depending on your stats and lifestyle.

No meat for lunch?

what are your goals? 170lbs by Christmas time
What is your weight? 200lb
What is your height? 5'11
How much bf%? about 20%
Do you workout? exercise?

not working out yet, starting the diet for a few weeks, then starting a 3 day a week setup, then after a few weeks moving it up to 5 days a week and adjusting my diet as i go

Here's the answer to your question: I think your diet is fine for not working out or working out pretty lightly. It's healthy and probably ideal for the average person.

Is there a reason you're not working out yet?

here's me rambling: the facts: You plan to lose 30lbs. If it's all fat you will be at 6% body fat. Realistically, you will probably drop water weight and some muscle especially since you aren't working out. You have about 5 months to do it. Every month you need to aim for at least 6 pounds less, or 1.5 pounds per week.

If you're not losing around 1.5 pounds a week, adjust your activity. I think your calories are already pretty low and there's definitely no need to go lower.

well i WAS going to wake everything in steps.. but after i finished yesterday my cal count was soo low.. i ended up getting some whey and having a shake an hour before bed. So far today i'm trying to go heavy and keep off the carbs to very low amounts..

Thursday however i'm going to up m carb y intake and friday and do a chest/bi workout with around 10-14 sets all togther.

we will see, its only been 2 days but i already feel much better.. only thing that is slipping is my water intake.. just need to nail that down and keep drinking.

update, my fourth day now staying under 2000 cals, with little carbs and lots of protein. Getting board of chicken so i bought 3lbs of 90% lean meat and a few bags of tillapi fillets. I can't say this soon weights going down but i have lost 5lbs this week.. im sure most of it is water weight, and i'm not really focusing on that.

I'm finishing up today with some more lean beef and a few shots of 80 proof liqueur to up that carb count at the end of the night. It's a hit the diet, but i'm not worried about hitting a brick wall.

hydration is getting better, today i was drowning myself in water and retaining it well. I've also added a good amount of sodium to my diet.

QUESTION #1

i'm lacking in vit c, e, and fiber.. what are some good sources ?

mmm.. chicken breast, skinless,= with lemon pepper all over it. cup and a half of spinach and 1 cup broccoli with half a cup of diced tomato over the chicken breast.

love it.
