my diet, could ya take a look

thought id change my diet up a little, im still cutting atm. so ere it is.

iv lowerd the carbs a little and uped the protein. could yall point out any thing that you think is bad. thanks

What is an oatcake?

Any particular reason for lowering carbs?

I only see one good serving of veggies in Meal 5. Would consider maybe at least 2-3 ...

I would add something more of substance to replace the lettuce - Spinach, Mixed Greens, more green veggies

If you want a nice change from the pasta add a sweet potato, brown rice in Meal 3

Depending on your GOAL, I might take out the ANPB in 5 and just keep the fat in the M6 before bed. But if you must have it, the green veggies aren't going to impact it too much.

What are your stats? Goal stats?

Training going good?

How do you feel from this current diet? Satisfied? Starving?
