I'm looking to lose a quick 15 lbs that i gained over the winter, how are these meals for a ckd. i'm 5'10 and i weight 210 @13-14%
1. 3 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese
2. 1 can tuna , romaine lettuce, 1 tablespoon olive oil ,red wine vinegar, and 1
tablesppon flax seed oil
3. 8oz ground turkey meat, 2 tablespoons flax
4. post workout protein shake
5. 8 oz chicken or turkey w/ brocolli and cheddar cheese
6. 1 can tuna, Romaine lettuce,1 tblsp olive oil , vinegar
7. 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter right before bed to control my late night cravings.
