my ckd diet plan... any advice would be great

hey guys i just put this diet together.... i weigh 200 pounds bf around 12%.... the chicken and beed are weighed after i cook it...

This is a pretty tight regiment. I like it. How is this working out for you?
I've been screwing it up with Atkins bars, I don't care what they say about net carbs - I still can't go into KETO. Plus those bars are a rip. I'll be snacking on Low Sodium tuna during the day instead. I'm still skeptical of this CKD, but I definintly see the logic in it. I'm gonna give it a month and see what happens.
 
IMO, you *need* to get some leafy veggies in there. My choices were raw spinach and lettuce w/olive oil. Add 5 or 6 cups of lettuce or spinach a day. Also, i cannot tell if you are or not, but I would split that up into atleast 6 meals a day. At 2100-2500 cals a day, with a starting weight of 193 or so I was losing close to 2 pounds a week. That was with no extra cardio.
