2. Rows: 3 sets of 8-10 reps 25kg 30kg 30kg
3. Deadlifts: Aim for 3 sets of 6-8 reps. 120kg consistent
4. Seated Cable Rows: Perform 3 sets of 10-12 reps, 70kg 70kg 90kg
5. pullups... aim for 3 sets of as many reps as possible.
