as many as i can do adding up to 15 total pulls

bent over BB rows
2 sets of 8-10
(still getting my form down, so i dont want to do the low rep range yet)

1 warmp BB curls
2 working sets
chins closer grip palms facing me 10 reps
2 sets of incline DB curls
