Just took my first caps of t-Rex and L-rex. I will continue this for one month and we will see how this works.
First day:
1 cap T-rex and 2 caps L-rex at 10.00
1 cap t-rex and 2 caps L-rex at 12.30
That's it for that day. I lik to see how I respond to this and if I get any trobles sleeping.
I eat at 10.30 and at 13:00(at 1:00)
Diet:
340g protein
300g carbs
50g fat
Bodyweight 210lb
Cardio: 1 hour morningsession on an empty stomach(will take t-rex and L-rex tomorrow 30 minuites before my walk), 6days per week
Gym: 4 weeks on, 1 off
I will do 20 minutes on the bik at the gym today as I only did 35minutes on m walk this morning.
No carbs post 19:30(7:30)
I will lower with 200cals next week, one cheat day per week.
GEAR: Testosterone 250mg Every third day. Will stat with Tren in 3 weeks. Clen after this month or mayb in 2 weeks and do 2 wees clen, 2 weeks T+L-rex
