***Awesome workout. Got 435 and last week 405x1 was HARD. Also last week only got 140x4 on db incline, so 2 reps up on those. I can finally feel the 750mg test kicking in! Heres a video of my squat

I got fucked up last nite too, threw up since i dont drink usually and me and 2 buddies and one of their girls killed a bottle of smirnoff then I had 3 gin and tonics at the bar. I was talking to every girl I saw but I was too fucked up to close on any of them lol. I remember asking these 2 girls what they were doin later like 4 times hahaha

****Skipped deadlifts because i wasnt feeling it. Ive been sick for the last 3 days and deadlifts def take a lot out of u so i said fuck that. Also i like doing weighted pullups and progressing each set with heavier weight instead of doing bw sets to failure

***Great workout! 315x12 on squats absolutely killed me lol. I cant wait to get 20 reps on 315 and 12 reps on 405. 1 leg curls are getting stronger which is good cuz hamstrings have always been my weaker point. DB Incline was pretty sick too, puttin up the 145's in each hand :biggrin:
