LOL nope, not that much snow. Just a few flury showers this morning. Warmed up to 54. I am really getting tired of cold weather. Summer come soon!
 
Well I got a decent workout in, but my stomach is still off. Something didn't agree with me. So, for dinner all I ate was a small peach. Really don't feel like eating anything else, might puke. I know, it is bad to skip food, but I ate something so I didn't go completely without food. My totals for today are:

cals:1518
fat:35g (22%) :mad:
carbs:113g (25%)
protein:189 (53%)

I have now lost 6lbs.!!!
 
I know what you mean about feeling sick after the pro shake. I've decided to stay off the shakes for a minute. Been eating the protein instead. My stomach just needs a breather from them. I can't imagine 2 shakes in a day - urrrrggggg
 
Well, I didn't get up on time this morning, hit the ground running. Breakfast was protein shake, meal 2 was a grapfruit. Lunch was 1 can of tuna, 1 cup salad with 1 tablespoon dressing and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. I was suprised this afternoon because it was my one year anniversary with the company I am with (which I will be leaving next week due to county takeover). Coworkers bought a small cake and hot fudge sundaes. Well, I tired to behave, I didn't have cake but they had a sundae made just the way I always liked them vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and peanuts. So, yes, it was a horrible addition to my diet, but I did not indulge in the cake or any of the other junk they had. I feel like total crap now having ate that sundae. I can't believe I used to LOVE those. I feel fat and slow now, it is just sitting there in my stomach. Yuck. Dinner will be lite, 4oz of fish with 1 cup salad and 1 cup broc. My fat is over the chart but calories are still in check and carbs aren't to bad.

I hurt like the dickens today! Really killed myself with weights yesterday. Did bi's and tri's. I was supposed to go to the gym and do legs tonight but I think I will take the day off and do light cardio. Tomorrow was my scheduled training day off so I will swap the two. I am having a hard time raising my arms above my head! Ouch! I have always had a huge problem with delayed onset muscle soreness. Any ideas on how to minimize the soreness? I am already taking glutamine.
 
Feeling better today. Ate pretty good, went out to lunch and while everyone else stuffed their fat faces with pizza, i had a large salad. When I am thin and muscular and they are still fat they will all be asking me "what did you take? what's your secret?" And of course, i will remind them of this day and say nothing else. If you want to acheive your goals, you must make sacrifices. Stuffing your face with pizza may seem like a great thing at the time, but when all the cheese and crust is sitting on your ass cheeks, you will ask yourself, "did it really taste THAT good?" Fools.

had a good diet day. tomorrow won't be. the director of mr services is taking me and my coworker, who are leaving to work for county, out to lunch on her. then going out to dinner with friends....please give me the strength to make the right choices.
