just wanted a couple good pulls in to keep a feel for it... they were pretty tough as i was fatigued from the squats fairly well... i may pull one session on saturday so i can keep a feel for my form before the meet next weekend... i dont think im going to PR, but i think i can at least match 501... what im looking for is a big squat...

trainer @gym asked me if i were 5% bf... im not one to exaggerate so i told him more like 6-7%, maybe more towards 6... took pics tonight, will get them up tomorrow sometime before noon... back looks rugged, lower half is like steel cables, top is just raw... i will say i am most impressed with how my back is turning out... i thought it would be my legs, which are doing fine (maybe a good shave will help)... but my back i will say is probably the best in this contest by quite a bit...
easy night at work, only 8 hours of running around picking up freight...
i think i heard a shot...
