ok, after watching the vids myself, i am moderately happy with this... i missed depth on about 10-15% of these, though they were all not bad, only a couple blatantly high... i have 10x3x390 next, then i will just do some light front squats one day next week, and then the meet on sat... my planned opener will be 402, which was my 3rd attempt the last time... hoping to hit somewhere around 450 on the 3rd, i hit that in knee wrap a ways back, so hopefully i have progressed enough to get it raw... honestly, the judges seem to be a little more leniant on depth on your 3rd attempt if it is really close...

honestly those squats are wiping me out... at least at the meet i will have about 2-3 hours between squat and bench, so that should help... also from the high volume of squats my left elbow and shoulder have been sore, and im feeling shakey benching after them... if i match my meet best 225 i will be happy, but would love to hit more... planning on opening light with 215 to keep me in the meet, 2nd 225, 3rd 230-235 depending on how i feel
