today did fasted cardio... i do mine outdoors, thats why i never have a HR to post up... but i have a fairly good idea where it is at... 140ish... i do a walk, then slow jog, then a run, then walk, jog and then full on sprint and repeat...
legs were more achy from the cardio than the squats...
whats funny, is im happy with the way everything is looking, except for my legs... i was expecting them to lean out more like they have in the past, not sure whats up with that...
