im considering doing a powerlifting meet on march 26th in rancho cucamonga... USPA state championships, looking at entering the raw full power division... not sure if i should try and make weight @148 (drop water day before)... or just show up day-of and go with the 165's...

i will be in the area that weekend... me and my boy going to see the lakers play for our birthdays...

felt a little off from my cold, but pushed through it... felt very strong, but went more for reps and will save the power for friday... And you did this feeling " a little off"? Judas priest bro. Thats outstanding effort man!

25x225, did the first 15 the way zed described, lower back pumps made more reps impossible...

i have no problem trying 10 sets of tripples on the bench zed...
will give that a go on friday, probably with a weight of about 195, see how it feels but im feeling strong so that is the plan for now...
