Montrous Hunger

This is weird, but I have the nickname "stomachless" and
it's for a good reason.

You see, I am always hungry, and can eat massive amounts
of food at one sitting.

I am not overweight. 5'8" 150

I was wondering, is there a way i can use this to my advantage?
I know that i should probably space out my calories,
but if i could get rid of a lot of them in one shot that would help.

Is there any diets where i can shovel a lot of my daily
requirements down in one sitting?

Isn't it anabolic to overeat a little bit?

Anyone else eat like wildebeests?
 
the only healthy way is to eat 6-7 small meals a day for the metabolism-if you eat a ton in 1 sitting, you'll be harming yourself and you won't look good

You can do fine not eating 6 meals per day the primary reasons are appetite control (binge prevention) and stable energy levels.

I used to find it easier to eat a lil bit when I wake then go about 10 hours not eating, then eat for the next 6. Then stop for the last hour or so. (our bodies are extremely adaptive.

If I started eating It would make me hungrier and my energy levels were fine so I wasn't getting much benefit from 6 meals per day. It didn't slow me down in anyway. the 6 meals thing while I do believe is better is overrated in importance as the ONLY way to go its just not true.

There was a huge length debate over on wannabebig regarding meal frequency and its importance.

For the record, I eat many many meals a day now more than I would ever care to count. Since I never prepare a meal forsay anymore but rather just grab some meat or something as I pass through the kitchen and finish before I exit.
