Milk and headaches

I have this weid problem, but it really happens to me, so I guess some other guys may benefit from this observation. I used to drink a lot of milk before, and would have very frequent headaches. Then in one documentary I have seen that milk can cause these headaches. Ever since I have stopped drinking milk, headaches come to me very seldom, so it really works. So if you have frequent headaches, review your diet - it may be the reason.

Headaches from milk and protein supplements is actually a pretty common problem.

A lot of adult humans (myself included) are sensitive to lactose. Lactose is the milk sugar naturally found in dairy products. People have different reactions to food sensitivities. Some people will experience GI distress like gas and bloating. Other people will get acne, headaches etc.

You can get the beneficial milk proteins without any issues of lactose if you use a pure whey isolate supplement. A pure whey isolate supplement will be void of all carbs and fats. Read the ingredient list carefully on the protein supplement you plan on using. It should list nothing more then a pure whey isolate, natural flavours, a natural calorie free sweetener like stevia and maybe some salt and cocoa. I personally use isolation from n2bm.com.

Thanks for the heads up - this is greatly overlooked, but I am sure that many people who suffer from regular headaches, should be aware of the fact that milk can cause headaches and many other problems. In fact, I have the same problem - when I drink milk the headaches are there, and many times they are pretty bad. Once I have almost completely elimiated milk from my diet, the headaches became less and less frequent.

So this is quite a normal and feasible thing, and people should pay attention to this problem if they have regular headaches. It is always good to pay attention to what you eat, and correlate possible health issues with the food you eat.

A lot of people have allergies of which they are unaware of. In this case - it was milk for you. Simple as that
