ahhh i see what u mean...ima see how they feel after todays workout, to tell u the truth i havent felt overtrained in a while so ill prolly like it no matter what, but after this fist week i should be able to adjust the amount of workouts and volume..
...also how did u set up ur schedule? im doin Push/Pull/Legs/Rest => Repeat ..this way ill hit the same muscle group every 4 days
