Ive been down in the dumps. Just depressed for some reason. So today went out and worked out in the garage. I feel great now. Great medicine instead of drinking all your problems away. Lift all your problems away
I'm not depressed, but I went outside and used a sling blade to whack down about 30 feet of the creek bed in my back yard (which is on a steep slope) and I feel pretty good now! That's some damn good cardio, not to mention the transverse core work while in a lunge position.
