meal (protein 50g/fats 14g) for 10:00am

just need some easy idea for a meal at 10:00am, please no shakes, flax or olive oil, no real food (chicken or tuna) some thing good that has no carbs and rich in protein/fats, or anything i could make at home for that.

i'm cutting FYI

i mean food, that u eat at lunch and dinner, tuna and chicken, meat, all that stuff, i know alot of ppl that eat tuna in the morning and that is nasty, and i eat eggs as my first meal

first meal
Oatmeal + blueberries + Splenda / Protein Shake

2nd
Tuna on whole wheat

3rd
steam chicken broccoli

4th
Preworkout shake

5th
Post workout shake

6th
Chicken for dinner.

7th
Prebed shake. Usually 1 scoop of protein/skim milk/peanuts

portions get bigger, if im bulking.
 
just do some fing research....you'll see millions of examples, my staples are ALMONDS,WALNUTS, EGGS, WHEY OATS, GREENS, DEXTROSE, SPLENDA, SKIM, CHICKEN, LEAN BEEF, OSTRICH, BUFFALO, AND WW PASTA...........THATS ALL I EAT PERIOD.

OH AND 30 MINUTES A WEEK TO EAT WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT!
 
shake with eggs and flax. Either you want it or you don't.. it would be great to eat chicken McNuggets and get results but it doesn't work that way
 
you think people like eating tuna for breakfast???? we eat for fuel not for taste....you'll do what's necessary if you want to achieve your goals that badly.
