Mass Diet help pls

Hey guys,

I was hoping some of you guys would have time to help me out. My plan is too keep growing for quite a while more before i cut. Currently I have taken my weight from 173lbs to 220lbs but now feel like im strugling to grow and i feel my diet isn't quite in check. I have been training for a solid 2 years. Really appreciate anyone who takes the time to reply and thank-you to those in advance.

Weight 220lbs

Brekfast 5:20
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 2tbl spoons psyllium husks
- 2tbl spoons flaxseed oil

Mid morning 8:30
- 45g casein protein shake

Morning Tea 10:00
- Instant mass shake
482 calories
52g protein
50g carbs
2.2g fibre

Lunch 12:45
- 1 med steak
- 1 lean beef sausage
- 1 cup brown rice with some mixed vegetables

Afternoon tea 4:15
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 2tbl spoons psyllium husks
- 2tbl spoons flaxseed oil

(On gym days i add another instant mass shake here around 6pm)

Dinner (Gym days dinner is around 8pm, non gym days it is around 7pm)
- 1lge chicken breast
- 1.5 cups mixed vegetables

why do have casein mid morning? casein is usually used, mixed with milk for a slow release protein drink before bed.
to be honest your diet looks pretty damn good, it must be if youve gone from 173 to 220.have you worked out how many calories and that gives you, and how many of those are proteins/carbs/fats?
there is so many things that could have slowed down your progress, and so many ways round it. from simply eating more, to mixing your training up a bit to 'shock' your muscles into growing more
