Mass/Bulking Phase-odd results (Help)

I've been mass building for a month now after a hellish 2 years of cutting to make the transition from powerlifter to bodybuilder (from 247 lbs bodyweight to 167 at 8% bf).....

I have been taking in 3200-3500 calories a day, with one day a week of cheating with around 4000 cals of non-clean foods. My typical diet now is:

3350-3500 calories
240-275 g of protein per day (from egg, milk, whey, chicken, soy, caesin)
450-500 g of carbs
10% of cals from Fat

My current bodyweight is 166-167.....I got as low as 160-161 after my last carb depletion from my cutting diet a month ago....so far I have put on 5-6 pounds this month, and also taken creatine with no loading phase. However, I have seen little or no increase in my bodyfat caliper measurements! My bodyweight has been increasing, but my calipers measurements have not..

My ab measurement is still 7 mm and all my others are still stable as well....the only physcial difference i see is that I am retaining a lot of water and my abs are less clear, though i still have a visible six pack when flexed, although my stomach has been distended a bit lately because of the water and increased food intake....i don't have that dry look I had at the end of the summer....anyhow, I am happy about this, but I wonder if I should be eating more calories? My strength is coming back slowly....my deadlift shot back up to 455 lbs. at a bodyweight of 167, but my bench is still hurting (255 for 5 reps)...i used to do 375@246 lbs. bw and 315 for 6 reps......oh yeah, and my arms are barely 15 inches....

I think i need to add EFA's......should my cals be higher?

If you're happy with the results, stick with it.

You're doing about what I am. I do about 3100/day, but do 4500-5000 on Wed, Sat and Sun.

I think you need the EFA's; 10% fat is a little too low, in my opinion. You're getting plenty of protein; adding more will just be used as an inefficient energy source.

OK, now how do I get to a 455 DL?
