Well I've decided to try and get as big and strong as possible. While still maintaining some good quality to the physique of course.(It's summer. Hehehe) Since I have a girl anyway and in no need to be 100% perfect condition I thought it would be a good idea to take advantage of the rest of the cycle to gain some more. Post cycle I will concentrate on maintaining the most mass as possible then continue to maintain and gain strength over the winter(most likely natural) before hitting up another cycle next year. Im patient anyway no need to have everthing now. So over the course of these next few months on my cycle I will list my strength gains and lifts on the basic compound movements including some light isolation movements on which I want to improve greatly.
Drug regimen will maintain at 750mg sus a week and lowered dose of liquidex. (1mg eod) As well I will take 1 md-6 and 1dymetadrine xtreme in the morning to get my self going for the day as well as 2 dymetadrine and 2 md-6 before a workout for it's stimulating properties. All my vitamins will still be taken as well as Isopure for extra protein. We'll see how these next 12 weeks should be.
Current workout split:
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Triceps, Delts, Abs
Day 3 - Quads
Day 4 - Upper/Mid Back, Biceps, Forearms
Day 5 - Lower Back, Hams, Calves, (optional - Abs)
Off days taken as needed in between workout days.
