Was talking to a buddy of mine who’s a real gorilla in the weight room. He’s rapidly gaining strength and he told me he was using testosterone suspension and he was taking it pre-workout.
Never heard of any such thing before but I’m very interested in trying it as well. I’ve always stuck to cyp or E.
anyway this isn’t a steroid question, its a training question. When it comes to using something like this would you recommend increasing my volume/reps/sets by 20-25% if I do this as well? Or keep things as is?
