Lyle McDonalds rapid fat loss plan...

hope so...the first start was a disaster
day three...Im pretty tired today but my sleep hasn't been awesome because Im trying to shift my sleep pattern for a new job and the hubs does a lot of tossing and turning from pain
food isn't tempting me any..I feel more in control this go
 
Good job on the reset!! It's getting through those first few days that's always a challenge. I'm 5 days in and starting to feel even more motivated. Keep going!!
 
doin ok today but probably wont hit protein requirements...Im just too exhausted with a schedule change :(
 
ok...so jumped the shark on diet today but am not overly worried about it
more worried about scheduling right now with work and the gym...and sleep...sleep has been very bad
hit protein requirements today BUT...ate a cupcake from my favorite bakery..decided not to beat myself up over it
weirdly didnt get crazy puffy like I usually do from carbs but started taking gw501516 yesterday, maybe its related

eating some atomic tabs like theyre candy the last couple of days (see above about sleep schedule)
taking no stim around binge eating time (nite for me) and it curbs it
1 oep in the morning and again in the afternoon

muscle isn't lookin good but havent been to the gym in 4 days

down 8 lbs
 
so,
I am starting this thread as sort of a log...Im starting Lyle's rapid fat loss plan today for sort of the heck of it...
Im going as a cat 2 so thats one free meal a week and one 5 hr refeed a week.

I am normally low carb with IF, though not strictly lean gains ....Im going to go to maintenance into a strict lean gains type eating after this...last cpl of weeks my diet has been terrible.

my goal is to run this for two weeks but we'll see if I can even make it till the end of the week.
so far Im not even slightly hungry though I did break my normal eating habit by eating early in the day for me

I'll update as I tally up my macros in fitday...before I get pounced for the total lack of calories on this plan...thats the point of it
I haven't been eating clean the past two weeks so I suspect that water weight loss will be dramatic
I'll be lifting this evening with luck and babysitting..tho I intend to drop all of my weights and will probably be working on perfecting my form in my squat more than anything tonight.

Did you check out any of my old threads on IF from 2-3 years ago? I experimented with a few different permutations of it with tremendous success.
 
I was doing IF before this...I need to fine tune it a bit (the fasting part doesnt bother me) and get my macros squared away better
 
well...I dont know if Im ready to throw in the towel here or what...but wait inched up a bit with the junk from friday and stayed there...Ive been on track since
Im going to up my thyroid meds...
Im actually really pretty upset
