lose 10% in a month

Thriller, I'm the same, 9-10 bf% but abs dont show cause of the internal fat. I know genetics has alot to do with it..but do you guys know if a proper diet will get rid of this "brown fat"?
 
UNREAL ...sounds like a lot of bs...to me...

i think most tend to be very unhonest when guessing their own bf's...

my roomie thinks hes 15...but more like 25+

...too much analysis of what kind fat...its still fat...

you can see my abs and im probably the best athlete and the most cut athlete in the school. my teacher thinks im to cut to have the % i have so since you cant see the fat he thinks its fat around my organs. genetics cal

What equipment did you use to measure ur bodyfat.......it cant be calipers if ur teacher is making brown fat comments. And was whoever did the measurement familiar with the equipment or not?

Yeah, internal fat won't hinder your ability to see your abs. That's why it's called "internal fat." See, external or sub-cutaneous(beneath the skin) fat is what obscures your abs. If you can't see them at 9-10%, then, either, you have terribly developed abs or you're really not at 9-10%.
 
I too am unsure of my bodyfat, I dont trust the people at MY gym to test it and I dont have calipers. I admit, I have a gut and love handles but when I flex you can see my top two abs and the outline of the third one. When I flex and pull the skin outward I can pull about an inch of skin/fat. If you had to guess about what percent would I be???
 
I just got my bf% tested at OSU, with calipers, Bod Pod, and underwater, and the bod pod and underwater were MUCH higher then the calipers, which seems to be the same for everyone I've talked to.


Ok, you say you want to lose 10%, and the comment was made "10% of 18% rather then 18%-1-%". Getting down to 16.2% from 18% in a month is a pretty light goal, I would say. Just eat clean and exercise.

However, if you were, like the title of your thread implied, meaning you want to shed 10% bf, then just give it up and don't hurt yourself, because if you did this in your 'gym class', it means you're in high school. And high schoolers DON'T NEED TO BE FUCKING WITH DNP!!!! I don't care how informed or whatever you think you are, this is a time when losing bf will be the easiest for you, so don't worry about drugs unless they're mild, like an eca.

I'll bet with a highschool dude's metabolism you could keep everything the same, take xenadrine, and shed the 1.8% in two weeks.
 
where would i get this stuff xenadrine. i just want to get more cut to be quicker and jump higher. cuz if i was 18 that means im carrying 30 something pounds of fat around. this was just little machine that you hold up in front of you and punch in your weight hieght age sex and it sends an elictric thing through your upper body and it reads it.
 
tanita scale.... they suck.

they can give you hugely wrong numbers.

get with calipers, or underwater weighing if you can find that
