Last time I posted I was having surgery...BTW thanks for the advice. Now I have quit my job YEA!! and I am a stay at home mom. My husband was convinced that I would sit home and loose all of my progress... I gotta say he was dead wrong. I work my ass off. Between chasinog my boys (1 & 3) around, and cleaning house...I have dwindelled down to 95 lbs. I lift weights at the gym, do pilates at home, and my body is getting very cut but, now my husband wants me to put on more weight. I DO want to bulk up, but it seems that no matter how much I eat...I am continuousely loosing weight. I take 1 T-Rex in the am before my morning cardio...should I quit? I am so confused. After my 2nd baby I had put on nearly 40 lbs. I have really been working hard to get back to the body that my husband fell in love with. It's starting to feel that no matter how hard I try...nothing will satisfy him. He is griping because I have lost ALL of my boobs..."Guess I will have to shell out the $ for implants now" he says. Arggghhh... he has failed to mention how hard I have worked, or that he is proud of me for not sitting on the couch watching soaps & eating icecream. Advice would be nice. Thanks.

Were you medically prescribed Synthroid? Are you healthy?

Do you work out like that everyday? Any rest days?

But more importantly, how do YOU feel about your body and weight loss?

I'll play devil's advocate here but even if you did look like you did when your husband fell in love with you, would he still be happy? Your children have added a dimension to your marriage that has nothing to do with your body, more to do with a change in you, him and your relationship? Just a thought. I may be completely off base and if I am, I apologise.

Jeez. What a butthead.... I guess as far as how you feel about yourself vs how you perceive your husband feels about you - I'd just ask how he does feel about how you look and all the work that you do. I think when you are around someone all the time the comments come out but aren't really true statements of feeling -- just comments. As far as the boobs things -- damn girl - you had two kids. Boobs don't just remain the same throughout life and they arent' there for his enjoyment -- at least that's not what nature designed them for. At the very min, he needs to understand that they do take a beating and stuff happens, you know? Not like you went out of your way to screw them up for him...

If you do maintain 12% bf, IMO that seems sort of low, although it may be normal for you. The weight, it sounds like you agree, is really low -- you did list your foods there, but it might help to put them into a food counts program like www.fitday.com to see what youa re really eating. It seems like maybe not enough and there are some better choices you could make that would support muscle building. Not sure you need the cardio so much as just some good solid fueling to reshape and build a bit -- you can be 12% bf and be shredded if you build it right.

And aside from all this stuff about what your husband thinks you should do - what do YOU want to do?

Yes I am prescibed synthroid. I have a completely non functional thyroid. Have always struggled w/weight because of it. When I got pregnant both times I BLEW up. I mean I have never let myself get ver far past 100lbs. I was a good 155 w/both. And they were both tiny babies.

As for my hubby I sometimes think that maybe he is jealous. He has put on quite a bit of weight n his belly area, and he just can't get it off. The difference is...I love him whether he is big or not.

Yes I do have off days. Usually 2 days a week, which ever days he is working out of town. The problem there is that I will just eat whatever I feed my boys. Like PB&J, chicken nuggets. Sometimes I catch myself not eating. I guess that is the 1st problem.

I have been wondering if I should possibly stop doing cardio so much. Maybe 2 or 3 days a week??

As far as lifting & training....could someone point me to a good plan for bulking up a little bit. I usually just do whatever he tells me to in the gym. It would be cool to have my own plan.
