I am new to all this. For the last 2 yrs I have been working out with my bf and have lost alot of weight I was 230lbs now I am down to 155lbs im 5'2. I still continue to workout. But my bf is working out to increase his size where i want to continue to lose the weight and put muscle on.
Right now my workout schedule is 5 days a week with 20 - 30mins cardio and 1hr of weights a day. I eat about 1400 calories a day. I seem to be stuck and my weight is just staying the same. My bf says i just seem to be gaining muscle. Which is probably true but i want to lose this weight and get down to 130lbs by summer.
I have used Clen and T3 to help but just seem to stay same.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to help lose more fat(weight) by summer?

No you absolutely do not need to take either of the drugs you just mentioned, particularly T3.

Yes it is possible (even probable) you might be gaining some lean body mass. I'd strongly encourage you to use the tape measure on the areas where you are carrying more fat (hips, thighs) so you can track the fat reduction. This can serve as a very powerful reinforcement to your fat loss goals.

As a substantially obese person begins to approach a lean state we can always expect the fat loss to slow down. That is entirely natural and predictable. It sounds like this might be the stage of body recomposition you're in now. Please do not allow this natural part of the process to discourage you.

Next step is to give us a detailed listing of your daily diet so we can look at exactly what you're eating.
