Looking for some advice to fix my System

Then, try getting at least 35g of fiber per day.

This might help, buy tamarind and as it is natural you can eat (raw) about 100g per day, it has properties that aid to your problem... don't worry tastes good.

As for your current diet, drink more water if possible (1 more liter if possible)... no sodas. In the morning with your bkfast have a cup of cooked natural oatmeal. If you're going to have sandwiches grab grain brean, you can try also corn tortillas. Add vegetables to your diet such as brocolli, nopales, cucumber and cut out the spices.
For fruit, at least for now switch all mangos and other fruits for apples (due to content of fiber) and/or pears.

This is my goal for the weekend, I thought my diet was clean now, but I'm going to do everything I can to make the switch to whole foods. great advice nikkita ty.

cut the calcium and spices... if you have been training hard, then rest for a couple of days.... full rest I mean.... as for carbs, whole grains and if possible add some rice or potatoes.

and yes... drink more water you may become dehidrated with your condition

one question, why do you say cut out the calcium? I haven't drank a glass of milk in 5+ years so I kinda thought I might be lacking in that area. If that's not the case then I would gladly cut it out. Less pills to take is fine with me.

I just edited my posts because I misread something important, don't take the tamarind it may worsen your condition.

What I mean for calcium, your multivitamin already has some calcium right? and in general most people should consider their intake of calcium from all foods including fortified ones before adding supplements to their diet.

Don't know how I could ever live a decently healthy lifestyle and devote the time to raiding to get them though.

You can't

I quit in Feb for good (played since launch) and am getting close to the best shape of my life, even more so than when I was 21 (now 31).

I guarantee if you dedicated the same amount of time and effort that it takes to raid BT to the point that you have two war glaives (you must be on Mal'ganis in EJ) you would have a killer physique. I know the time and effort it takes to be in a serious raiding guild and there is nothing healthy about it. Pre TBC I was farming AQ40 and running Nax, my wife hated me and so did my body.

If you are wanting to fix your system you'll need to make some life changes. I'm not saying quit WoW, clearly thats not your digestive problem, but to a degree it might stem from it because you don't "make time" to do other things like real grocery shopping or cooking. I know bro I was there, real life takes a back seat to an incredible MMO and after 5 years it becomes routine

Is this diarrhea or just soft? Hate to be blunt but I think it matters.

I am a master at self medications on this one. Comes from living overseas for years. If you have diarrhea that long and don't want to go to the Dr. Get ahold of some Norflexin. It is a powerful antibiotic that kills all kinds of bacterea - including common VD. I carry this stuff with me any time I go overseas. You can go from the absolute worst stomach problems back to normal within a few hours.

The problem is it is not selective on what it kills. You will need to eat some cultured yoghurt or something like that to get your stomach back to normal.

If you are just soft - try some metamucil bars. I know that sounds countra to the problem but it does work. Fiber regulates you both ways. It will give you some quick relief.

Its not diarrhea like I had the flu, its just not the composition it should be. Gross topic I know but I appreciate the honest answers.

no doubt about it bro, its more addicting than any drug I've ever taken. I don't raid, I strictly arena now. I used to raid pre-bc but the time it took out of my life is way too much. Honestly the time it takes out now is still too much. I find myself basing things around wow instead of the other way around. I don't sacrifice my health for it, but my house could definitely use some TLC that it doesn't get because I'm on wow.
