If you are a hard gainer, you will not gain fat easily. Yeah, that means you can dirty bulk. Go get a big a*s loaf of french bread, soda, lots of noodles. There are plenty of weight gainers that pack a lot of cals. These foods have quit a few carbs per ounce, though not best source for clean carbs. The other guys covered that pretty well. I use these to pack in as much cals as possible, so I don't have to be miserably full agter eating a lot of food. And I am not worried about gaining fat. Good luck with the bulk an keep us posted.
