Log of PCT now, will start new Cycle Nov 17

Normally today is a cardio day, but we have a sport dinner for football and cheerleading tomorrow night, So today was Chest....

Changed workouts tonight...tried benching, but shoulder is really jacked, So benching will be out for awhile...Did dumbbell incline presses...haven't done for awhile...no problem pressing them..but some difficulty getting them up..(haha...maybe some dumbbell viagra..hahaha..:cool:)

I feel alot different this cycle...energy kinda sucks, strength is not as good and generally down...feeling fat and shitty....some I think is the diet, I've been doing the Anabloic Diet the last week + now...So I'm sure it is just my body getting use to using fat instead of carbs for energy, other is I've been out of Lipoflame and Amplify02:mad::mad:....FUCK.....I thinkI'm a fucking addict...I'm not fucking kidding...I can't live without these....they make workouts so much better....I'm thinking my last cycle of Monsterdrol I had Lipo and Amp since day one...this cycle i've been out since day one....might be the difference...now wondering if Monsterdrol had an efect on strength before or was it all Lipo and Amp??????

I'll let you know my opinion was the lipo and amp arrive (should be any day!)
 
Keep at it BB. At least your at the gym and focusing on diet instead of being a lazy ass! Psuh through the tough times and focus on how much you have improved and how much you will improve over these next few weeks!!

Doesn't your shoulder hurt while doing dips? I think you should do some rotator cuff exercises to heal the shoulders...
 
Few things to ask.

1.what does the diet look like, what exactly are you eating bro? as opposed to what you were eating on last cycle?

2. Remember monsterdrol is a steroid. One of steroids main actions is nutrition retention. No nutrition means no retention so of course it cant do as good of a job as it would if it was being fed more. Get what I mean.

3. Limpo and amp will give you (drive and focus) along with pumps. This may give you a little as far as muscle gain. Having the increased drive focus and muscle pumps goes a long way though. It makes you push harder,feel better,getting all pumped up in the gym just gets in your head.

3. With the change in diet,lose of drive and focus,pumps, and this little nagging injury thrown in as a piss me off. I have come to the conclusion.

You are just not mentally in the zone right now bro. Of course this is the time when the men are separated from the boys bro. Dig in your heals keep going at it and will get you threw this.



lets start with that diet. We have to understand your goals and then give you a good diet to reach them. By good diet I do not mean the one that will get you there the fastest. I mean the best diet. One that will get you to your goals over time with out kicking your ass and making you want to quit.


Also looking at that work out you must be spending well over a hour in the gym. Thats a lot of sets bro. More is not always better.

Hey Bro...Dips are out for now...havent done them in a few weeks. Now for Chest it is Incline Dumbbell presses, Declines on the H&S, Pec Flyes, and cable crossovers.

Not enough space to input all the details about the Anabolic diet, but in a nut shell is is a CKD style diet...low/no carbs during the week, carb load on weekends.

Typical fods I'm eating, steak, more steak, eggs, cheese, and lots of greens. I've upped my vitamins to balance things out a bit.
I decided to try the AD diet as Atkins was the only diet in the past my wife was able to drop pounds on......I've been doing the typical bodybuilding diet for the last few months with little change....moderate carbs, high protein, low fat...and weight and BF has been the same....

So I though I would try this as all the postive reviews I've seen on this diet both on the board, t nation and others....SothernLord did this went from 20% BF down to 8%......

I've pretty discouraged over all the effort I bring to the gym ( I work to failure with forced reps every fucking set!)....and if you go back and read all the pages in my log, I bring it every day...both in the gym and what I eat....so i guess right now I just see the AD diet as a "metabolic break" if you will....something to mix it up and force my body to grow and burn some more fat....this chicken and tuna every day with streamed veggies wasn't do shit for me...

Well you are going to find out you will have a hell of a lot less energy and of course you will not gain as much from monsterdrol with out the cals. You are blasting out high rep work outs with no carbs. This is putting you in a (catabolic) state. As in your body is going to eat your muscles.

So with that being said you want to take something to stop this. Something to fight catabolic effects. Namely cortisol for one. CLA can help with this if you are not already taking it.

THis diet is going to kick your ass but if you can get threw it and it works then fucking hell ya. Will all be here to root you on bro. Just keep logging ed.
