Shoulders
Shoulders have been killing me for a few weeks, thought I would try the Hammer Strength iso lateral shoulder press instead of military presses tonight...pretty nice..you can do one arm at a time...each side is independent ..didn;t use it that way...pressed both side same time....I personally like most of the H&S stuff...I use the incline and Decline bench also the high row..

HELP...Need some Anabolic Diet/ Keto Diet Gurus to chime in!!
Diet ...well I don't know if it is good...doing the Anabolic diet...staying away from carbs, but I'm gaining weight
I know I'm on the Monsterdrol and 1-T and testin right now...but I thought I would drop a few just in water and glycogen...I'm feeling fatter than I did when I started this week...it's only been 4 days...wanted to try this because I gained 5lbs since end of last cycle, have been good on my diet ( check log!) was hitting cardio and nothing....want to loose 20+lbs fat and put on 5-10lbs lean this cycle(10-15lb net loss on scale)
Checked BF at gym tonight my BF is the same as last week it says, but weight is up...I want the BF to drop...may have to cut back on eating...just don't want to stop LBM gains while "on"...weight tonight was 247lbs
Breakfast: 3eggs, 4slices of bacon
Midmorning: 44g whey, 2oz half and half, water
Lunch: this was crazy......10 Hot wings!! not breaded..traditional, just fried and sauced!
Midafternoon:4oz hamburger, 2 oz cheese
Dinner: 6oz Meatloaf, 1 cup green beans
PWO: 44g Whey, 10g BCAA 15G L-Glutamine 2oz half and half , water ice
Snack: 2tbsps ANBP
